Billing and revenue cycle management

Compliance consulting and reviews

Business support and practice management solutions

Important: We act as your support partner but do not provide legal, tax, or direct medical advice. You remain responsible for all final business and compliance decisions.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for credentialing, billing, or compliance.

Maintain updated licenses, certifications, and payer-required documents.

Respond to requests for additional information within reasonable timeframes.

Remain solely responsible for the operation and management of your practice, including clinical decisions and financial risk.

Service Limitations

While First Class Provider Solutions works diligently to ensure timely and accurate processing, you acknowledge that:

Credentialing timelines depend on payers and regulators, and delays are outside of our control.

Claim approvals and reimbursements are determined solely by payers. We cannot guarantee payment outcomes.

Compliance interpretations are based on current industry standards but may change due to updated regulations.

Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the agreed-upon package or custom proposal.

Payments are due as outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur service delays or penalties.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance

First Class Provider Solutions complies with applicable HIPAA regulations and maintains strict safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI). However, Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own practice's compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

First Class Provider Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, denied claims, or missed payer deadlines).

Liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for services directly related to the claim or issue.

Clients assume responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions in documents they provide.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Class Provider Solutions, its employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of:

Your failure to provide accurate or timely information.

Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Any third-party claims related to your business operations.

Technology & Website Use

Our website may contain inquiry forms, scheduling tools, and resources. Use of these tools is subject to this policy.

You may not misuse the website for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

All intellectual property, content, and tools provided by First Class Provider Solutions remain our property unless otherwise licensed in writing.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with 30 day written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable to our business operations and jurisdiction.
